The theme of the discussion between scientists and artists of "Laboratory No. 3" (Science-art laboratory of the Bolshoi Drama Theatre-BDT) will be the existence or ephemerality of progress in art and science. How much does our future depend on the direction of movement, cyclicality, progress or regression in these two spheres of human activity?
The round table moderators, BDT actress Polina Malikova and artist Elena Gubanova, invite the participants to share their vision of the benefits and side effects of progress in their fields of knowledge and try together to answer the question of whether the development of science and art determines the progress of society.
Participating: Sergey Egorov, Director for Science and Innovation of Atomenergoproekt of the Engineering Division of the ROSATOM State Corporation, Ruslan Yunusov, Head of the Project Office for Quantum Technologies of the ROSATOM State Corporation, artist Vladimir Kustov and composer Boris Filanovsky.
